At La Crosse Technology, we stand behind the precision and quality of our weather stations and atomic clocks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all sensors, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure a full credit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
